Bu Altın Kredi Koşulları, Faly Kullanım Koşulları'nın bir ekidir ve atıfla bu Koşullara dahil edilmektedir. Çelişki durumunda Kullanım Koşulları esas alınır. Burada kullanılan tanımlı terimler Kullanım Koşulları'ndaki anlamlarını taşır.

2. Altın Kredi — Nedir?
Faly Altını, tüketilebilir bir uygulama içi kredidir. Altın krediler, tek seferlik işlemler olarak satın alınır ve uygulamadaki premium özellikler kullanıldığında (örneğin genişletilmiş fal yorumları) tüketilir. Abonelik, otomatik yenileme veya yinelenen ücret yoktur.
Altın kredi paketleri Apple App Store (iOS) veya Google Play (Android) üzerinden satın alınabilir. Mevcut paket boyutları ve fiyatları uygulama içi satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
3. Tek Seferlik Satın Alma — Yinelenen Ücret Yoktur
Altın krediler tek seferlik, tüketilebilir bir satın alımdır. Her satın alma ayrı bir işlemdir. Yalnızca satın alma noktasında gösterilen tutar tahsil edilir. Abonelik, otomatik yenileme veya süregelen bir faturalama ilişkisi bulunmamaktadır.
App Store veya Google Play'deki satın alma noktasında gösterilen fiyat bağlayıcıdır. Fiyatlara, mevzuatın gerektirdiği durumlarda geçerli vergiler dahildir.
4. Tüketim ve Son Kullanma
Altın krediler, premium özellikler kullandıkça tüketilir. Hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece kredilerin son kullanma tarihi yoktur. Krediler devredilemez ve nakit değeri taşımaz.
5. İade Yapılmaz — Mağaza Politikaları Geçerlidir
Altın krediler, satın alma işleminin ardından anında teslim edilen dijital tüketilebilir bir üründür. Bu nedenle teslimattan sonra iade edilemez; şu hâller dışında:
- Yasal cayma hakkı kapsamında iade zorunluluğu doğduğunda (aşağıdaki 6. Bölüm ve Kullanım Koşulları §7'ye bakınız).
- Apple App Store veya Google Play'in uygulanabilir mağaza iade politikasının gerektirdiği durumlarda.
Mağaza iadesi talebinde bulunmak için:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Google Play destek
Truemium OÜ, mağaza kaynaklı iadelere itiraz etmez.
6. AB/AEA ve Türkiye Tüketicilerinin Cayma Hakkı
AB, AEA veya Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nde yerleşik bir tüketiciyseniz, 14 günlük mesafeli sözleşme cayma hakkı ve satın alma işlemi anında teslim edilen Altın kredilere uygulanan anında dijital temin istisnası için Faly Kullanım Koşulları'nın 7. Bölümü'ne başvurunuz.
Altın, satın alma işleminin ardından anında teslim edilen tüketilebilir dijital içeriktir. Satın alımlar, satıcı sıfatıyla hareket eden Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden gerçekleştirilir; iade ve cayma ya da iptal işlemleri ilgili mağazanın kendi politikaları kapsamında mağaza tarafından yürütülür.
7. Hesap Silme ve Kullanılmamış Krediler
Faly hesabınızı silerseniz kullanılmamış Altın krediler iade edilmeksizin iptal olur. Hesap silme talebinde bulunmadan önce kalan kredilerinizi kullanmanızı öneririz.
8. Platforma Özgü Koşullar
8.1 Apple App Store (iOS)
Apple App Store üzerinden gerçekleştirilen Altın kredi satın alımları Apple kimliği hesabınız üzerinden işlenir. Apple bu işlemlerde satıcı konumundadır. Apple Medya Hizmetleri Hüküm ve Koşullarının ek hükümleri de geçerlidir.
8.2 Google Play (Android)
Google Play üzerinden gerçekleştirilen Altın kredi satın alımları Google hesabınız üzerinden işlenir. Google bu işlemlerde satıcı konumundadır. Google Play Hizmet Şartlarının ek hükümleri de geçerlidir.

These Gold Credits Terms are a satellite of the Faly Terms of Service and are incorporated into them by reference. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail. Defined terms used here have the same meaning as in the Terms of Service.

2. Gold Credits — What They Are
Faly Gold is a consumable in-app credit. Gold credits are purchased as one-time transactions and are consumed when you use premium features within the app (such as extended fortune readings). There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charge.
Gold credit packs are available for purchase through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Available pack sizes and prices are displayed at the point of purchase within the app.
3. One-Time Purchase — No Recurring Charge
Gold credits are a one-time, consumable purchase. Each purchase is a single transaction. You will only be charged the amount shown at the point of purchase. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and no ongoing billing relationship.
The price displayed at the point of purchase in the App Store or Google Play is the binding price. Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
4. Consumption and Expiry
Gold credits are consumed as you use premium features. Credits do not expire while your account is active. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
5. No Refunds — Store Policies Apply
Gold credits are a digital consumable delivered instantly upon purchase. Accordingly, they are non-refundable once delivered, except:
- Where required by the statutory right of withdrawal (see Section 6 below and Terms of Service §7).
- Where required by applicable store refund policy (Apple App Store or Google Play).
To request a store refund:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Google Play support
Truemium OÜ does not dispute store-mandated refunds.
6. EU/EEA and Turkish Consumer Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or the Republic of Türkiye, please refer to Section 7 of the Faly Terms of Service for the 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right and the immediate-digital-supply exception that applies to Gold credits delivered instantly upon purchase.
Gold is consumable digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, which act as the merchant of record and handle refunds and any withdrawal or cancellation under their own store policies.
7. Account Deletion and Unspent Credits
If you delete your Faly account, any unspent Gold credits are forfeited and are not refundable. Please spend any remaining credits before requesting account deletion.
8. Platform-Specific Terms
8.1 Apple App Store (iOS)
Gold credit purchases through the Apple App Store are processed through your Apple ID account. Apple is the merchant of record for these transactions. Additional terms of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions apply.
8.2 Google Play (Android)
Gold credit purchases through Google Play are processed through your Google account. Google is the merchant of record for these transactions. Additional terms of the Google Play Terms of Service apply.
